Career
Dr Christoph Graber is a member of the management committee and head of the Insurance & Reinsurance Team. He is a past chair of the Insurance Committee of the International Bar Association and advises Swiss and foreign insurance and reinsurance companies on contentious and non-contentious matters, including representing them in court and in arbitration proceedings. He has vast experience in the areas of banking and financial services (professional indemnity and fidelity bonds), directors’ and officers’ liability, product liability and commercial general liability. Christoph Graber is also a member of the Dispute Resolution Team and represents clients in commercial and arbitration proceedings, particularly in the area of contractual and corporate law.
