Gaudenz F. Domenig is representing domestic and foreign clients before Swiss courts or national and international arbitration tribunals. He has significant experience in all types of commercial litigation, including directors’ and officers’ liability claims, auditors’ liability claims, international legal assistance, all types of bankruptcy related litigation, etc. Gaudenz also has litigation experience in both State and Federal Courts of New York. Gaudenz has significant experience in M&A transactions and as an advisor and board member to companies of various sectors, including financial services, the construction industry, health related services, food retailing etc.
