Andreas Moll is a member of the Corporate & M&A team of Prager Dreifuss. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, takeovers and private equity both on a domestic and international level. In addition, he regularly acts as general corporate counsel, sometimes also as director, of Swiss entities. Lately, a significant part of his practice involved debt restructurings and insolvency law. Andreas is rated as “highly regarded” in the IFLR1000 Lawyer Profile 2019 for the practice areas “M&A and Private Equity”.
