Mette Lindskoug assists the public authorities and private businesses with intellectual property law matters, both in relation to negotiating, drafting, entering into and interpreting agreements and contracts and in relation to the possible infringement of rights. Mette is also an experienced litigator in these areas.

Mette specialises in intellectual property law and she has special insight into copyright subjects gained from previous employment. Mette's clients are primarily users of material protected by copyright, which is why she is very experienced in securing the most appropriate rights for users on the best possible terms. She is a certified IT attorney and advises on the procurement of IT systems, software, databases and relating services and in that connection Mette negotiates, drafts and interprets agreements on the acquisition of rights and licence agreements in particular.
