Sune Fugleholm specializes in constitutional and administrative law matters, including human rights and administrative negligence. Sune Fugleholm advises and litigates in all regulatory matters with particular focus on energy law. His work currently ranges from advising the Danish Government on IT-systems for automated administrative decision making to litigating a number of constitutional law matters. He has tried more than 75 cases before the Supreme Court and appeared in courts of 1. instance as well as appellate courts in Denmark and the European Court of Justice. In 2006 Sune Fugleholm received the Christrup Prize for excellence in litigation.
