Kasper Mortensen focuses on advising clients on litigation and arbitration matters, notably in the areas of construction, IT, infrastructure and energy. Kasper Mortensen advises on construction and real estate, particularly on construction law issues and handling disputes between the parties involved in the construction. Kasper is a very experienced litigator before courts of law and arbitration tribunals, primarily in the areas of construction and real estate, IT systems and other complex acquisitions and in that connection he has been the lead counsel of many large cases and linked cases. Kasper has also conducted a number of cases involving the law of damages and public administration and he was the lead counsel of the cases about the handling of the Christiania area that was settled by the Danish Supreme Court in 2011. In 2003, Kasper completed the mediator programme of the Danish Bar and Law Society and he has acted as a mediator at the Copenhagen City Court for a number of years.
