Poul Schmith

Peter Hedegaard Madsen advises government, regional and local authorities as well as private and public undertakings, funds, trusts and organisations mainly with a focus on company law, trust law, compliance and financial regulation issues. He has broad experience with regard to the application and interpretation of EU law provisions regulating financial services and products and advices on the establishments of companies, trusts, joint ventures, partnerships etc., and the sale and purchase of assets and undertakings between public and private parties. Moreover, Peter advices on compliance issues in both the public and the private sector, including purchase and development of digital systems and tools.
