Carmen Bascarán Fanego is a Partner at ONTIER and a Corporate Law specialist, focusing on corporate and contract matters. She has taken part in a wide range in M&A transactions, specialising in matters such as commercial litigation and International Law. As General Manager to ONTIER, Carmen Bascarán manages and supervises the international performance of the firm and takes care of all kinds of operational and corporate matters within the organisation.
