Michael Marschall, partner specialises in domestic and cross-border corporate reorganisations, joint ventures and strategic alliances as well as private m&a transactions in various industries (TMT, packaging and construction, energy) in Austria and the CEE. He further regularly advises board members of large corporations on matters of corporate governance (board room advice). Michael is author of several publications in the field of Austrian corporate law.
