Nina Zafoschnig has been with Schoenherr since 2017. Her main areas of practice are constitutional law, administrative law, trade law and energy law with a focus on EU energy regulation and Austrian energy law.
She has experience in advising national and international clients on matters regarding the Austrian energy market. Nina regularly advises Austrian and international clients in M&A transactions regarding aspects of regulatory, energy and environmental law. Furthermore, Nina advises Austrian and international clients on matters of Austrian trade law.
