Corporate/m&a practice group

Michael Magerl has been a partner at Schoenherr since 2020. Michael's main areas of practice are restructuring and insolvency law, corporate law and m&a transactions, and he is also part of the banking, finance and capital markets practice group. Before joining Schoenherr, Michael advised his clients for more than 10 years as a partner and for 3 years as member of the management board of a renowned law firm in Linz.
