Teresa Waidmann joined Schoenherr's employment team in June 2014 and has more than ten years of experience in the field of employment law. She advises clients in a wide range of industries on all contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has strong experience in HR matters arising in connection with M&A transactions and has advised key clients during extensive personnel and management restructurings. Her clients appreciate Teresa's practical and client-oriented approach. She regularly holds lecturers at the University of Applied Sciences
