Constantin Benes specialises in real estate and construction law as well as distribution law. Constantin has represented real estate developers, project financiers, real estate investment funds and institutional real estate promoters. Constantin, was a member of the permanent staff of Austrian commercial law journal ecolex, and is author of numerous publications focusing on all areas of real estate and commercial civil law. Before joining Schoenherr, Constantin worked as intern in New York, USA and Salzburg, Austria dealing with national and international clients.
