On 1 January 2017, the revised Austrian Law
against Wage and Social Dumping ("Lohn-
und Sozialdumping Bekämpfungsgesetz" or "Revised LSD-BG")
came into force. The Revised LSD-BG applies to matters arising after
31 December 2016.
