Ana advises clients on all competition-related issues covering a wide range of industries such as tobacco, food / non-food retail, construction, media and telecommunications. She also covers litigation, crisis response, compliance & internal investigations and healthcare & life sciences. Ana is regularly included in all aspects of m&a transactions, reorganisations, joint ventures, and corporate structurings. She graduated from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law (Mag. Iur). Before joining Schoenherr, Ana worked in a national company as a regulatory affairs specialist for food and food supplements, and a national law firm focusing on insolvency matters.
