Maximilian Lang specialises in M&A transactions and Austrian corporate law. Maximilian has substantial experience in the field of mergers & acquisitions with major domestic and international clients. Prior to joining Schoenherr in 2013, Maximilian worked at a large national law firm (2010-13) as an associate in the M&A practice. Maximilian earned a post-graduate degree at Georgetown University Law Center, Washington D.C., USA (LL.M. 2009-10).
