Sara Khalil has been with Schoenherr since 2016. Sara specialises in commercial litigation. She advises and represents national and international clients from various industries, such as automotive, technology, real estate & hospitality, pharmaceuticals and retail, in domestic and cross-border civil disputes as well as in enforcement and interim proceedings. Most recently, Sara has been representing clients in a number of data protection litigation matters. Sara also advises on contract drafting and termination including potential compensation, indemnity and other termination claims. Sara regularly publishes on current topics in renowned journals.
