Peter Konwitschka specialises in insurance law, corporate law and m&a. He has been a member of the Vienna bar since 1999. Peter has acted on behalf of various insurance companies in regulatory proceedings with the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA). A focus of his activities has also been insurance supervisory law, the structuring of insurance distribution channels under the freedom to provide services, and ongoing advice for the Austrian Insurance Association (VVO) regarding all kinds of life and non-life insurance products. Peter is a lecturer at the University of Vienna, the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Anwaltsakademie and private seminar organizers. Further, he is author of several articles on insurance and corporate law.
