Counsel

Dawid Brudzisz has been a counsel at Schoenherr since 2023, specialising in capital markets and banking law. He possesses extensive expertise in public offerings and stock exchange listings, representing clients in proceedings before the Financial Supervision Commission, the National Depository for Securities and the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In addition, he has participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions, including those involving public companies. He has extensive experience in transactions involving public companies and provides ongoing advice related to disclosure obligations by companies and their shareholders. He has worked on numerous projects related to raising financing through the issuance of corporate bonds. Dawid is recognised in international rankings, including IFLR1000 (2023) as a Rising Star in Capital Markets (Debt & Equity) and Legal 500 in Capital Markets and Investment Funds. He obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Krakow and a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Krakow University of Economics. He also studied at the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt.
