Piotr Bartoś has over 6 years of experience, including advising banks and other financial institutions on domestic and cross-border real estate financing transactions, leveraged finance and general bank lending activities. Piotr also regularly participates in the preparation and negotiation of financing documents and coordinates the process of fulfilling the terms and conditions of loan utilisation.
Prior to joining Schoenherr, Piotr gained professional experience at leading international law firms.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and the School of British and European Law organised by Cambridge University.
