Attorney at law

Iwona Domańska has been an attorney at law at Schoenherr Poland since 2024, specialising in corporate law, M&A and venture capital. She has several years of experience providing corporate services related to commercial companies and reorganisation processes. Her expertise includes drafting legal opinions and memoranda in the field of company law.

Before joining Schoenherr, she was an associate at a national law firm. She graduated from Koźmiński University (2017) and attended the School of Law and Economy of China at the University of Warsaw and the Chinese Law School organised by the University of Gdańsk and China Youth University of Political Studies. She is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
