Krystyna Ewa Jakubowska has been an attorney at law at Schoenherr's Warsaw office since May 2024, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions. In more than five years of transactional experience, Krystyna has handled matters in a wide range of business sectors and industries, including software houses, the IT sector, RES and dietary supplements. She graduated from Koźmiński University (Master of Laws, 2015) and the Warsaw School of Economics (Master's in Finance and Accounting, 2014 and Bachelor's in International Business, 2012). Before joining Schoenherr in 2024, she held positions at several Polish law firms.
