Associate

Olga Koncerewicz joined the Warsaw office of Schoenherr in 2024 as an associate focusing on capital markets. She drafts prospectuses, information documents and other documentation necessary for public offerings and the introduction of securities to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and in the alternative NewConnect trading system. She also provides day-to-day services to public companies in the realm of corporate law and fulfilment of disclosure obligations. She specialises in commercial law, particularly in matters concerning capital market law and corporate law. Before joining Schoenherr, she worked in the capital markets department of a reputable Polish law firm as an intern and then associate. In 2022, she graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (Master of Laws, 2022). Since 2022, she is a Master's student in Corporate Financial Management at the Warsaw School of Economics and a trainee attorney-at-law of the Warsaw Bar Association. She speaks Polish and English.
