Associate

Witold Oszczanowski has been an associate at Schoenherr since 2024, specialising in capital markets, M&A and banking & finance. He advises companies from the new technology sector, especially from the gaming industry, on public offerings and securities listings on NewConnect and the Warsaw Stock Exchange, as well as on ongoing compliance with information obligations by Polish and foreign issuers. In addition, he assists buyers and sellers in M&A projects at all stages and participates in financing projects involving the issuance of debt securities. He also has experience of regulatory projects in the banking sector and financial institutions industry, and advises clients on international sanctions matters. Prior to joining Schoenherr, Witold worked at national law firms as well as on a secondment in the London office of an international law firm in the structured finance team.

Witold graduated from the University of Warsaw (2020), the British Law School organised by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with Cambridge University (2020) and the Israeli Law School organised by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with Tel Aviv University (2018). Since 2021, he has been a trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association. He is fluent in Polish and English. Witold is a multiple medallist in the Polish Academic Championships in Chess.
