Karolina Pikuła is an associate who specialises in data protection, intellectual property law and IT. In addition, she advises on AML and e-commerce. She possesses expertise in the implementation of GDPR and conducting audits and provides ongoing consulting in the realm of personal data protection. She supports clients in the preparation of internal procedures, proceedings before the supervisory authority and in dealing with individuals whose personal data is being processed. In addition, she assists clients in drafting and negotiating intellectual property and IT contracts, and drafts terms and conditions, including for the provision of electronic services. She has experience in preparing internal procedures in the area of anti-money laundering and terrorist financing.
