Junior Associate

Mateusz Sierzan joined the Schoenherr team in Warsaw in 2024, specialising in commercial litigation. He primarily focuses on civil procedure, commercial dispute resolution, commercial company law and the protection of entrepreneurs' rights. Prior to joining Schoenherr, Mateusz worked at a national law firm specialising in company law, corporate disputes and commercial litigation. He also completed an internship at the Polish Office of the Ombudsman for Enterprises, where he worked on cases involving the protection of entrepreneurs' rights. Mateusz conducts legal research and is the author of several research papers and chapters in legal academic books on business litigation. He has completed a number of practical training courses on business law, cooperation with entrepreneurs, dispute resolution, civil procedure and legislation.
