Urszula Śleszycka specialises in securities law and corporate law. In the realm of capital market transactions, she focuses on legal advice related to public offerings of securities. She has provided guidance to issuers and shareholders on various facets of IPO and SPO conducted on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, in particular by drafting prospectuses and supporting documentation, representing clients before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and participating in legal audits. She acts for publicly listed companies in relation to regulatory matters regarding disclosure obligations and corporate governance, including within proceedings before the supervisory authority. Prior to joining Schoenherr, Urszula worked in the capital markets department of a renowned national law firm. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
