Katerina Kaloyanova is an attorney at law who joined Schoenherr’s Sofia team in March 2011 following her qualification as an English solicitor with Hogan Lovells International LLP, London. Prior to joining the firm, Katerina has worked as a corporate lawyer for a Bulgarian law firm for two years. While being at Hogan Lovells and during her six-month secondment at SABMiller plc she gained further experience in international transactions. Katerina has acted for clients on multinational acquisitions and corporate restructurings in the banking, insurance, telecom, technology and IT, energy, paper, second-hand, food and manufacturing sectors, such as Societe Generale (France), OTP Bank (Hungary), Smurfit Kappa (Ireland), Europe Takeaway.com (the Netherlands), S IMMO (Austria), Telenor (Norway), Heta Asset Resolution AG (Austria), Alfa Finance Holding (Bulgaria), Remix Global AD (Bulgaria), Moncada Energy Group (Italy), Bosch Solar Energy (Germany), Ameta Holding (Bulgaria), BlackPeak Capital (Bulgaria), EQT (Sweden).
