Dimitar is a leading lawyer in a great number of high-profile real estate projects advising a vast number of key companies from various industries with respect to property acquisition, development, construction and operation of real estates. Dimitar frequently acts for clients in the oil and gas, real estate development and construction industry (such as OMV, SIAG, leading European shopping centre developers), advising them on all legal aspects of real estate transactions (acquisition; sale and lease back) and development of projects (e.g. shopping and business centres, industrial and commercial parks). His most recent experience includes the construction of several factories in Bulgaria for world leaders in the lightning and car equipment, the sale of one of the largest office buildings in Sofia and the continuous development of OMV petrol station network. He possesses a considerable practice in the fields of dispute resolution, insolvency and restructuring as well.
