Career

Sindre Søndenå Andersen is a partner in Schjødt’s Transactions department and the firm’s renewable energy practice co-head.  He focuses on both on- and offshore wind, hydro (large and small scale) and retail energy. Other principal work areas are private and public M&A, capital markets, investments, joint ventures, finance and commercial contracts. Sindre works within a broad range of sectors and covers, amongst other industries, renewable energy, oil & gas and oil service, technology and corporate real estate. He is a trusted advisor to several listed companies, family offices, industrial players and Norwegian and international Private Equity and Venture Capital firms.

Sindre has been a lawyer since 2005 when he joined Schjødt. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bergen.
