Mathias Teir is a partner in Schjødt’s Transactions department. His principal area of work is private M&A, focusing on private equity. He frequently advises on many of the largest and most complex transactions in the Nordics, representing mainly private equity funds and industrial players.
Mathias has been a lawyer since 2009 and joined Schjødt in 2006. He is a cand. jur. graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo.
Mathias is based in Bergen but shares his time between the Bergen and Oslo offices.
