Career

Trine is a Partner in Schjødt’s employment and pension practice group. She assists Norwegian and international clients with the full range of employment law, including advisory services related to business transfers, restructuring processes, and employee transfers across borders.

Trine also assists companies with collective labour law issues, including assessments of issues concerning tariff agreements. In addition, Trine provides ongoing advisory services regarding employment matters that may arise from hiring an employee up until termination of an employment relationship. This includes litigations before the Norwegian courts.

Trine has a law degree from the University of Bergen. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in other law firms, and she was also seconded to the legal department in one of the largest energy companies in Norway, where she primarily assisted with corporate issues and employment matters.
