Career
Mattias is a partner in the Transaction department. His principal work areas are private M&A, private equity, venture capital, and growth investments. He advises on all types of transactions in the Nordic, representing private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, industrial players and founders.
Mattias has previously been an external lecturer in property law at the University of Copenhagen and the author of several academic peer-reviewed legal journal articles. According to Mergermarket, he has been among the most active M&A lawyers in Denmark in the past 10 years.
Education
Mattias is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Copenhagen from 2011. He has been a lawyer since 2014 and joined Schjødt in 2023.
