Caroline specialises in private M&A and transactional risk management. She has vast experience advising international and domestic corporate and private equity clients in cross-border and domestic transactions across a wide range of industry sectors. Caroline also has extensive experience structuring, procuring, and negotiating transactional insurance solutions, including warranty and indemnity insurance.

Caroline joined Schjødt in 2019 from Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions, where she headed their Nordic business, after having been working as a senior associate with leading Swedish law firm Mannheimer Swartling from 2008-2018. She holds an LL.M. from the University of Uppsala and is a member of the Norwegian and Swedish Bar Associations.
