Silje Sund works in Schjødt's real estate group and advises on all real estate-related matters. She advises key Norwegian real estate companies and specialises in commercial real estate transactions and all aspects of the development of residential and commercial real estate, amongst other things. This includes organizing real estate, land registration, deallocation of land, and sectioning.

Silje also advises real estate developers on planning and building applications. She regularly advises on large real estate transactions and has extensive experience drafting and negotiating lease agreements for commercial real estate, including offices and retail.
