Andreas heads our Financial Services Group. He is an asset management and sustainability specialist with wide experience in establishing and structuring all types of investment funds and structures in Norway and abroad (Luxembourg, Guernsey, Jersey, Sweden, Cayman, Ireland, etc.). He is considered to be one of the leading regulatory experts in the Norwegian asset management industry and continuously advises asset managers on all aspects of their operations.

Andreas advises managers/GPs on the structuring and formation of funds, including terms, structure, team investments, fund documentation drafting, negotiations with LPs, etc. He also advises investors/LPs when making fund investments in Norway and abroad (including negotiations on terms, sustainability review, tax, etc.).

An integral part of his activity is advising on ESG/sustainability for the asset management industry, hereunder SFDR and the EU Taxonomy.

Andreas holds several board positions at regulated companies and is frequently used as a speaker.
