Iselin is head of the employment law practice group. She has a background as Minister of Trade and Industry, Minister of Research and Higher Education, and Member of Parliament. She has unique insight into policy-making and public decision-making processes. She assists clients in a wide range of business areas and has gained a role as a trusted advisor for several companies. Her principal areas of work are trade industry and crisis management.

Iselin joined Schjødt in 2022. She graduated from the University of Bergen in 2006. Iselin is based in Stavanger but shares her time between the Stavanger and Oslo offices.
