Senior Lawyer

Andrea specializes in employment law. She has particular experience advising local and international companies in contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including general day-to-day advice, employment law in transactions, and workforce reductions.

Andrea has worked in Schjødt since 2017, apart from a 20-month period as a deputy judge in the District Court. During her time as a deputy judge, Andrea handled several civil and criminal cases. She also worked as a court mediator.

Prior to joining Schjødt, Andrea worked as a caseworker at Jusshjelpa i Nord-Norge. She also interned at the Brønnøysund Register Centre and with another law firm.
