Senior Lawyer

Jan Kristoffer specialises in Norwegian and EU competition law. He has worked on large and complex cases covering a wide range of industries and all major aspects of competition law as a former senior advisor at the Norwegian Competition Authority and as a lawyer. Jan Kristoffer is also affiliated with the M&A department and has extensive experience with M&A transactions, investments, and advising on matters of corporate law. He first joined the firm in 2013.

Jan Kristoffer holds a dual degree in law from King's College London and the University of Bergen.
