Senior Lawyer

Nikolai specialises in real estate law, with a particular focus on commercial real estate transactions. He has been involved in several of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in Norway, and he has been project manager of numerous due diligence and transaction processes.

Nikolai also has experience in property and portfolio management. He regularly advises national and international players on corporate law matters and real estate matters. He also advises on general contract law and is especially experienced with commercial lease agreements and construction contracts.

Nikolai holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Tromsø. He also participated in the study abroad program at Bond University, where he was placed on the Dean's List for Academic Excellence. Nikolai is also an external examiner at the Faculty of Law at the University of Bergen and the University of Tromsø.
