Tom Wehtje is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. He has extensive experience structuring, negotiating and executing complex national and international transactions. He advises both corporates, including several Swedish household names, and private equity firms, and he has powerful long-standing relationships in the telecoms, healthcare/wellness and private equity industries. His practice covers a broad spectrum of private M&A matters, including acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures and other strategic partnerships and complex cross-border carve-outs.

Tom joined Schjødt in 2024 after spending 15 years as a partner at the Swedish law firm Mannheimer Swartling.
