Senior Associate

Anton advises direct lending funds, corporate borrowers, financial institutions, and bond trustees on financing transactions. He particularly has experience with domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions, real estate finance transactions, and bond financings.

He joined the firm in 2020. Before joining Schjødt, he had traineeships at two other Stockholm law firms. In addition, he had a summer internship at an international Swedish bank based in Dublin, Ireland. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Uppsala University.
