Senior Associate

Ida advises direct lending funds, financial institutions, corporate borrowers, and bond trustees on financing transactions. She particularly has experience with domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions, acquisition financings, project finance transactions, and bond financings.

Ida joined Schjødt in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she had legal traineeships at an international Swedish bank, a residential actor and a law firm in Stockholm. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Uppsala University.
