Johan is a partner with a focus on Restructuring & Insolvency and Employment & Pensions. He is regularly appointed as an official receiver in bankruptcies and has strong experience in working with financially distressed companies representing creditors, debtors and other parties in insolvency proceedings such as bankruptcies and corporate restructurings. He also advises clients (public and private companies) on the many employment and benefits aspects of corporate transactions, transfer of undertakings and business reorganisations, as well as representing clients in labour-related investigations and disputes.
