Career
Emma works in Schjødt’s Restructuring & Insolvency team. She has extensive experience in advising companies in distressed situations and she also represents clients in connection with insolvency related litigation. She is regularly appointed as an administrator in company reorganisation, bankruptcy trustee and liquidator.
Emma is a member of the Research Panel for Insolvency Law and Law of Personal Property at the Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law (SCCL), deputy board member of the Swedish Association for Insolvency Practitioners, Rekon, deputy board member of the Stockholm branch of Rekon and representative of the Swedish Bar Association in the Collection Board.
