Jenny is spe­cialised in em­ploy­ment law and pro­vides tra­di­tion­al and strate­gic ad­vise to Swedish and in­ter­na­tion­al clients on mat­ters such as employment terminations, com­pa­ny ac­qui­si­tions, in- and out­sourc­ing, establishments, re­struc­tur­ings, lawyer in­ves­ti­ga­tions, trade se­crets, pri­va­cy, com­pen­sa­tion and ben­e­fits and man­age­r­i­al is­sues. Jenny al­so has ex­pe­ri­ence from dis­pute res­o­lu­tion in em­ploy­ment lit­i­ga­tion cas­es. She is en­gaged as a lec­tur­er by pri­vate ed­u­ca­tion providers and clients.
