Mats has more than 25 years of ex­pe­ri­ence ad­vis­ing on EU and com­pe­ti­tion law in pri­vate prac­tice in Brussels and, since 2013, in Stockholm. Mats ad­vis­es on all as­pects of com­pe­ti­tion law, in­clud­ing car­tels, re­stric­tive agree­ments, merg­er con­trol and state aid. He rep­re­sents clients from a va­ri­ety of in­dus­tries be­fore the European Commission, na­tion­al com­pe­ti­tion au­thor­i­ties and courts, as well as ar­bi­tra­tion tri­bunals.
