Johan is a partner with a focus on Restructuring & Insolvency and Employment & Pensions. He is regularly appointed as an official receiver in bankruptcies and has strong experience in working with financially distressed companies representing creditors, debtors and other parties in insolvency proceedings such as bankruptcies and corporate restructurings.
