Position

Benno Strub is a counsel in Schellenberg Wittmer's Restructuring and Insolvency Group and the Dispute Resolution Group in Zurich. He advises clients in Swiss and cross-border reorganization and insolvency proceedings as well as in all aspects of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law. Benno conducts litigation in connection with insolvency proceedings, the enforcement and recognition of foreign bankruptcy proceedings and civil judgments, and in various matters of contract and tort law. He also assists clients in cross-border taking of evidence and service of process and advises on aspects of insolvency law in domestic and cross-border M&A and financing transactions.
