Position

Elliott Geisinger heads Schellenberg Wittmer's International Arbitration Group. Since 1995, his practice has focused on international commercial and investor-state arbitration. Elliott has acted as counsel and arbitrator in complex commercial disputes involving international construction contracts, consortia and joint venture agreements, sponsorship contracts, sales and distribution contracts, among others. He has also acted as lead counsel in several of the most high-profile investor-state cases of the last decade. Elliott regularly represents clients in arbitration-related court proceedings, and several of his cases have been reported on in the official collection of leading Swiss Supreme Court cases and in arbitration journals.
